    This 1-hour high energy, instructor guided workout uses our stationary bikes. Lori paces the workout to music to keep the intensity and the ability to set your own resistance makes it accessible for all levels. It's a great way to start your day!

  • Fit Over 50

    This 45-minute session focuses on increasing muscular strength, range of motion, and low impact cardio. It helps keep you on your toes and encourages activity for daily living needs. This class includes hand-held weights, elastic stretch bands, and a ball offered for resistance options. This class is mainly for intermediate level seniors.

  • Knitting Club

    Join our knitting club starting at 10am in the meeting room for their semi-monthly meeting. Everyone can bring their own projects to work on, and the club is a great place to get some advice or learn something new. Everyone is welcome!
