    This class is an efficient way to get a full body workout in. Start off on our spin bikes to get that heat going and then transition to a weights training program that will work the rest out! You can pick your resistance and weights to modify class to your ability.

    This 1-hour high energy, instructor guided workout uses our stationary bikes. Lori paces the workout to music to keep the intensity and the ability to set your own resistance makes it accessible for all levels. It’s a great way to start your day!
