    Open skate! If you do not have a membership with us, you can always get a day pass to skate. We have skates available to rent for $3 a day. No sticks or pucks are permitted on the ice with other people present without protective gear on. Check our arena policies for more information.

  • Yoga Pilates

    This 45-minute class combines the mindful breath-focused movements of yoga with the core-strengthening and muscle toning exercises of Pilates. This class ends with a deep stretch that includes multiple muscle groups.

  • Closing Early (noon) for NYE

    We will be closing early at noon for New Years Eve today! Members with a 24-hour pass can come in any time any day.

  • SPIN

    This 1-hour high energy, instructor guided workout uses our stationary bikes. Lori paces the workout to music to keep the intensity and the ability to set your own resistance makes it accessible for all levels. It’s a great way to start your day!

  • Balance

    If you are looking to reduce your risk of injury, increase balance, and improve your posture, this 45-minute session is a one stop shop. Chris will guide you through each exercise and is one of our slower paced options for a relaxing way to stay active.
